Hi,

We have moved into a new office yesterday.

Upon moving into the new office, SC went down immediately. From your documentation, it seems that the cause is a Firewall.

I have spoken to the Office's IT Team who say: 'all ports are already opened on our firewall.'

From this I gather that it isn't a firewall issue.

They then conducted a ping test (below is a transcript of the Office's IT team)...

please try to contact the network Admin for Public IP 208.48.16.214 to check if they are allowing Regus Public IP 90.152.2.108. Like what I am saying all ports are already opened on our firewall.
Please see below ping test below.

Ping test going out to your software Public IP 208.48.16.214 using port 80 is showing 100% loss. (see attached img)

Ping test going out to different public IP address on internet 216.58.210.46 is successful. (see attached img)

Need to get SC back up and running ASAP.

Please advise.
