I think the problem was I didn't have Sierra Chart running when the alert was triggered Couple of more questions. One, can you have multiple alert conditions for one study? For example, one alert that goes off when price gets within a range of a moving average (19th alert formula example), then a second alert when price actually crosses it (21st alert formula example). Second, regarding the first alert formula example (Alert When Moving Average Within Range of Price Bar) what precisely does "range" mean in terms of distance from the moving average?
