Hi,

I am getting a below error when i place an order thru DOM when I am using my TDA Account, and also DOM is not getting updated with BID/ASk Volume.

Order Error - TDA order update. Please enter a valid stock symbol. Internal Order ID: 8837. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: ESH19 | 2019-02-08 18:44:51

For your reference I am also attaching the DOM screenshot and this is for TDA live account.


Please let me know if any settings need to be modified.
