The system wants to charge me twice for my service package in order to add a new exchange. I have an activated package, and activated US Equities exchange, which is paid for this month. I am trying to activate the CME/Globex to add to my service. When doing so the system tells me I need to activate my "1st Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed connection" and charge me for this month. This does not make sense since I already have that activated and paid for. What do I do? Do I go through with activating the "1st Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed connection" even though I already have one activated? Will I be reimbursed for paying twice for this month? Will this screw up my existing connection?
