The log posted seems to have been cut off at 2019-02-01. The F.US.YMH19 symbol (F.US.YM?## symbol pattern) is for the E-Mini Dow Futures, and is the correct symbols for CQG. YMH19 will not provide you real-time data with CQG, as it is not a valid symbol. For futures you would want to be using the symbols listed under Futures (within File >> Find Symbol) Which indexes do you need data for?
