It has been years since we have provided support for direct FIX connections to FXCM. We strongly recommend you to use our common order routing connection to FXCM which is much easier and more stable. Follow the step-by-step instructions here:

For the record these are the relevant messages:

FXCM FIX Trading session: Session connected. Sent User Request (BE) message. | 2019-02-04 13:14:34
FXCM FIX Trading session: Received a Logout message. Text = give up waiting, session didn't init. | 2019-02-04 13:15:04
But we are not sure why this is happening and cannot help with it.
