Seems like we are heading for an impasse. Is it possible the two technical departments can communicate directly on my behalf, I am a longstanding customer of both... Here's their latest request... Hi James, Can you ask them (Sierra Chart) to whitelist 188.65.115.132, the IP they are trying to connect to.
