We were mistaken about this issue. It turns out that this is a problem in recent versions of Sierra Chart where the accounts on your Rithmic username were not being listed on the Trade Window. We are releasing version 1046 now which resolves this.

We apologize for this issue. The reason we suspected was an issue with how your account was configured was because we have seen an issue like this before which had to do with a Rithmic account configuration issue.
