No and if the problem comes and goes we will might suspect that the issue is on the Barchart side. Or it could be an issue on your Internet connection side if you are tracking a lot of symbols. You might want to try low bandwidth mode: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Low Bandwidth Option One test we want you to do is through a Quote Board or a chart, add a symbol for the same symbol using the equivalent BATS exchange symbol. For example use SPY.BZ and see if at the time you notice a delay with that. BATS is driven through the Barchart Open Feed which is their newer feed.
