For the record both of you are using the US equities data feed which we obtain from Barchart. We did a quick look at SPY and do not notice any delay of more than what would seem like a second at times but maybe you are noticing a problem at other times. We have no reports of any problems with the futures data but that is a different data feed altogether. We are waiting on Barchart to be able to move over to a new data feed of theirs for the US equities. So that may resolve the issue assuming that is where the problem is.
