We are monitoring the MTGox data feed to see when the daily high and low reset. These out of order timestamps are from MTGox and we have added a filter for them going forward. If you update to the latest Sierra Chart version and re-download all the data in the chart(Edit >> Delete All Data and Download) you should no longer get those messages.
