I have noticed that when orders are getting pulled(numbers go negative) the market moves in that direction....especially during normal market hours in the ES. The larger numbers get gobbled up (limited ordered in) and the market continues to move toward the negative numbers. So moving down you will see negative numbers appear on the BID and on the ASK larger numbers appear and before you know it the market hits those larger numbers and the price moves down. Not a science or a trade method just and AWESOME tool provided by Sierra Chart Engineers.
