There is insufficient information for us to answer this question. We do not know precisely what you are doing, and what is causing the particular problem. We also do not know what you are doing with another chart package and if you are actually doing the very same thing and if all of the conditions are the same. Probably not.

The way in which Sierra Chart maps chart drawings to charts, is done properly. There is no other practical way it can be done.

The help topic goes into a lot of detail on this entire subject.

So I guess the best question is, when you see a chart drawing move, take the time to understand why it is moving based upon the information given in the help topic and then explain to us in detail as to why it should not move. We will need a before and after chart image showing the chart drawing, and then we can answer that.

If there was a solution to this, we would implement it. Depending upon the particular problem a potential solution would either be an impossibility, an imprecise solution, or it is just simply very impractical and it would only be an attempt to patch a problem which has a cause which is under the user's control to begin with.
