Thinking about this some more, you really would need to use the streaming real-time data feed to meet your requirements. If you do not have a funded trading account, the cost is 25 USD per month for the real-time connection + 42 USD per month for the CME exchange fee in addition to the cost of Sierra Chart. If you have a funded trading account the 42 USD exchange fee then becomes 5.25 USD per month.
