Hello, Just paid $24 for sierra charts (used it before 6 months ago without problems. This time I spent over 5 hours trying to get it working with bitmex. I'd like to get this working. Im following https://www.bitmex.com/app/dtcIntegration and still doesn't work Don't know what wrong. Now I am getting forbidden 403 from bitmex, which means I cant close any of my posiutions. Costing me a lot of money trusting this garbage software, as I cant close ANY positons. I want to resolve this aswell as get an extra day refund for the time I couldn't use your software. Please help.
