I don't understand, I wrote to help desk to ask SC engineers to remove the non existing position from my account but I end up in a discussion board. I have a position on my chart in SC but in reality it was closed out one day ago. I did refresh Trade Data from server but it is still there. On the CQG end all is normal, what's the problem? If I would ofset the position it would just create new position. Thanks |
