Hello. I have taken a course recently, I have been sent files or charts to upload into my new sierra chart software. They keep installing completely blank with no data at all. When I look at my account management page...it states "Not enabled for any third-party provided custom studies." Is this the reason I can not see his charts? If so, how do I enable them? If not, can you refer me to a step by step process where I may learn how to install his charts? thank you
