The only suggestion we can think of is to use multiple quote boards containing a fewer number of symbols each, and each quote board in a different Chartbook and then open the Chartbook's gradually. You can then set these quote boards to be always visible no matter what Chartbook is active. Really Interactive Brokers should not have any trouble with market data requests for all of the symbols you are tracking. Sierra Chart is not doing anything out of the ordinary. but is there a way to also save the QuoteBoard fields and formatting? No. But you really should not close the quote board and instead you could just simply clear all of the symbols from it through the Set Symbols window on the Quote Board and then load them again.
