I pay for Sierra Chart Usage Time at Service Package 5 - Advanced + Exchange Data Feed: 100 Real-Time Symbols (1st Connection) + Activated Exchange: U.S. Equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, BATS) and I expect that I will see real time data on chart. After the start I search ticker AAPL open chart and it don't changes in real time. What I do wrong? Also I see empty Time & Sales for the same ticker (aapl). No Real time. Why?
