This cannot possibly be true. Updating Sierra Chart does not cause charts to disappear. This is something that just simply never happens. See if you can locate the chart through the CW menu at the top of the program: Window and CW Menus However, we see your account is associated with an affiliate which provides custom Chartbook's so probably when you restart Sierra Chart the latest Chartbook they provide replaces what you have done.
