Hi,

I'm new to Sierra Chart.

I use Tradovate and only signed up to Sierra Chart today via the CQG WebAPI username & password Tradovate have given me.

However, I am having trouble with some missing historical data.

As I'm new to Sierra Chart, I'm really not sure what's going on. I've been looking at the Online Documentation but everything I've tried so far hasn't helped.

I have successfully connected to the Data Feed so I am wondering whether there could be an issue on CQG's side as when I attempt to open a historical chart it says "Download failed".
