I am struggling with alerts on a short timeframe(ST) chart which are calculated on values from a higher timeframe(HT); ST has Study/Price Overlay studies that reference HT chart to use its values. Now how can I stipulate that the alert conditions be executed only after the HT bar close? Currently, these ST alerts toggle between true/false as HT values change. I guess my short question is: how can I determine if the bar on the HT chart is closed before testing the ST alert? Thank you. |
