The try this. This is the only way I currently know how to do this, will wait to see of support knows another... But create a basic RTH bar chart apply the TPO value area/POC study, Then use the Study/Price Overlay study on the Full session chart and copy the TPO value area/POC study from the RTH chart to your full Session chart.
