That is a system problem on your side. We do not observe this and we have never had a report of this. And that drop-down list is also not very tall either so we would not expect the operating system to move it either. Anyway, sometime in the next six months we are going to develop our own drop-down list rather than the trash provided by Microsoft so that will solve this.
