HI I have connected to Sc-data All Services, however i cannot open Futures Pairs normally typed with the Symbol ex: F.US.EPZ18 or with the symbol ESU8_ I loaded also a chartbook from Tradepro academy which is the website who referred me to Sierra Charts Platform_ I have read instructions and i thought the data connection was free in the initial trial for 14 days? Pls could you you take a look at my account to see if i am properly connected?
