Dear User654912, Do you have a Direct Account with Sierra? I posted my question 2 weeks ago directly to Support (after your kind warning), but it seems they are ignoring it, probably because I have a third-party account with Sierra. If you are a direct Account holder, perhaps you could ask the question directly. I would very much appreciate that.
