Hi, My Sierrachart has stopped responding to XBTUSD symbol on Bitmex. I have the same chartbook setup for ETHUSD and XBTUSD, but my ETH chartbook is working perfectly, while since 11AM sydney time, whenever I open XBT chartbook, it freezes Sierra at "waiting to dowload Historical Data". Task manager shows Sierrachart not responding. I left it open for half an hour but the problem remains. I'm using 1842 version. |
