Hi, I got banned from Bitmex because Sierra did so many attempts to reconnect during a busy period. Appearantly, they only allow about 20/ hour at maximum or even less. Can you help me lower the rate or look into this problem with bitmex. A log file during a 15 min period shows 23 reconnect attemps under this line: Socket (5) | Shutdown started. Waiting for graceful close. I can sumbit the log file if you need it for further investigation. Thank you. |
