Two issues: - If I maximize a chart that has times and sales window open times and sales window is always on top. Chart should be on top(see screenshot). - Max Bid/Ask Depth Stacking Levels are ignored. I set it to 10 but all are displayed. Happens in all contracts(see screenshot).
