We have transferred the account services balance for you. And activated Service Package 5 monthly renewal for you. Note that the Services Balance is not sufficient to activate the Service Package. and the live data indexes I have already transfered as well. It is not possible for us to transfer the exchange data feed. It has to be set up separately on the other account. Therefore you may want to wait until next month before using your own direct Sierra Chart account.
