| Hello, I am currently getting an error message for insufficient funds and the Sierra Charts data feed was canceled. Prior to the renewal at 5:00 UTC I deposited the appropriate funds and paid for the data feeds but the system went ahead and canceled my feed anyways. I'd like to know what I can do to get the data feed up and running again and a way to prevent this from happening again. Thank you |
