I'm trading e-mini S&P and it appears that the intraday chart data from 10/30 11:15a ET to 10/31 1:06p ET somehow disappeared. I've deleted all data and downloaded a few times and have restarted the Sierra platform (I also have the latest version downloaded). You can see the clear gap in price action in the image below and i've pointed out the time axis with red arrows. Do you know how to fix this and prevent it from occurring again?
