The problem now is, that lmax uses the name CADJPY and sc servers for historical data use the symbol name ^CADJPY.

either intraday or historical charts are empty.
We want you to update to the current version of Sierra Chart following these instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update

This solves a problem with symbol settings in sub instances which we see you are using. So make sure you exit all sub instances before you update.

After that in the case of a blank Intraday chart, refer to the instructions here if necessary:

Upon reopening of the historical daily charts, the data should be downloaded without any problem.
