Make sure you have the correct Username and Password set in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. After updating those, connect to the server with File >> Connect to Data Feed.

If you still have a problem, have your broker put you in contact with TransAct support. And let them know you are getting this error:
Transact Futures - Connection error: Invalid User or Password. | 2013-11-04 09:56:14


The reason Sierra Chart will disconnect and reconnect to the server when going out of Trade Simulation Mode when using TransAct, is because it needs to connect to the trade server which it did not do when in trade simulation mode.
