Please could you consider adding the RIGHT_OFFSET_BOX_TOP_FOR_CANDLESTICK and RIGHT_OFFSET_BOX_BOTTOM_FOR_CANDLESTICK DrawStyle pairs to complement the existing LEFT_OFFSET...FOR_CANDLESTICK pairs.
