Hi, I have two Interactive Brokerage accounts, one is an IRA and other is brokerage margin account. These two accounts are linked together with IB. On Sierra DOM, I do see these two accounts I can choose to trade from. However, When I try to enter a short trade with Sierra's DOM from my margin trading account, the trade is directed from my IRA account, which is then rejected by IB because short trades are not allowed from any IRA account, as a general rule. How do I resolve this issue so I can select my margin account from Sierra's DOM and execute short trades? Thanks, |
