Hello Support,

I have noticed that for the past several weeks all historical information for filled or cancelled orders made during the current trading sessions periodically disappears from the Orders And Positions window. If I click on "Refresh Trade Data" the information comes back just to disappear again in the next 30-45 min interval.

This is not caused by an ISP interrupt or a disconnection of Sierra from the trading or Data services (I have checked the logs and everything appears to be OK).

Also, all orders in the Orders And Positions window are not listed in the historical sequence as they were made from the beginning of the session. Grouping (sorting) them by clicking column name titles doesn't appear to be working correctly either.

My configuration is this:

1. SC direct account
2. SC Real-Time and Historical data service
3. CQG FIX connection for trading execution.

This makes it extremally hard (if not impossible) to track multiple orders during the active trading session, especially if the different markets are traded side by side.

Any insight into this problem would be greatly appreciated.
