We are not sure why this has happened. We suspect you may have gone to a newer version and then back to an older version and there may have been some unexpected compatibility issue. Or the Trade Activity Log became corrupted for an unknown reason. There are two things you can do. Use a backup trade activity log file or just delete the Trade Activity Log file. Here are instructions to use a backup file: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TradeActivityLog.php#MissingTradeActivityAndBackupFiles To delete the file, exit from Sierra Chart, go to the folder Sierra Chart is installed to and delete the TradeActivityLog.data file. If there is the file TradeActivityLog.dat, then just leave it and see when you start Sierra Chart if you encounter these same errors again. If not, then nothing further to do. Please let me know what else I can do to fix this issue and recover past trades and make sure future trades are recorded. We cannot help with this beyond the information we linked to. We do not have that information. This is completely out of our control.Also of interest is the platform still shows open positions (22 of them) but all positions were closed on those days.
