This is not a correct understanding. Sierra Chart sends orders immediately to your trading service and they then go to the exchange. There is no price controlling them. The only case where an order would not be sent is in the case of Attached Orders, but when those are sent when a parent order fills, that trigger is not by price action, but by the parent order being filled.
