MAIN page of trade window: is there any way of having most recent market price automatically filled in the Limit/Stop/OCO/Etc drop-down menus? Setting them by hand wastes a lot of time, especially during a fast market. Including an option for OCO orders to have them come in 5 ticks on either side of the present market price without having to put the prices in by hand. I see the SET page has the option to "Auto-Set Prices Offset for Buy Sell Orders (ticks)" option, but it is not clear how to use that.
