I have checked this once more with position limit quantity 1.

The limitation doesn't work only in the case when the option "Use Attached Orders" is activated.

If the "Use Attached Orders" is not activated, the limitation works fine, and I also get a message:

Order Error - Order will cause Symbol Settings Position limit for symbol to be exceeded. Limit: 1. Internal Order ID: 1154. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: CL.20181000.CME_NY | 2018-09-14 15:18:40 *
