Trying to place orders on Sierra doesn't work with Transact i get the follow error: TransAct Trading | You Are Connecting To A LIVE SERVER. All Orders Are LIVE ORDERS. | 2018-08-29 11:30:49 *

Symbol: NQU8 | 2018-08-29 11:32:57 * I have another installation of sierra on a separate computer and it works there, i copied global and symbol settings from that install to the other but it still didnt work. I contacted Transact and they said it was on your end. Trading simulation mode is off. I have disconnected and reconnected several times throughout the day, always get the same error. |
