Dear Sierra Chart, The problem was 100% on my end. I just found out from TopstepTrader that I did not follow instructions, and didn't pick the "Sim" account. The correct instructions are on both your site and TopstepTraders. I just paid attention to the screenshot on the SC site that shows to use the Live server with CTS. I'm sorry for wasting your time.
