In the process of downloading and working with second Sierra copy, I observed that the data service for LMAX is no longer working and I no longer have access to real time service from the company. Can you help with steps to address what may have gone wrong? Can the update and installation of a second copy affect the real time data service from LMAX? The ADX is based on 2 lines (ups and downs)? The update has also not addressed the problem
