This is the reason. We think this has something to do with rate limiting on the part of BitMex.

Anyway, one problem we see is you are running an older version of Sierra Chart. You need to update. This is essential. Many updates have been done with the interface to BitMex. You are running an out of date version. Please follow our instructions here on this:

Now that in and of itself is not going to solve the problem, but you do need to be on the current version when using BitMex.
