Hello,

I recharged my Sierra account early this month however, every time I try logging in it fails. Initially I was using IronBeam to trade and therefore my account was set to associate with the Ironbeam which I no longer have.
I currently just want to use your real-time and historical exchange data feed to study futures market (S&P500) because my trading account is not linked with Sierra Chart.
Please help reset my account for Real-time and historical exchange data feed.
