Hello Sierra Charts is showing a false open position on the platform it currently displays a long gold position which I did not initiate. I contacted my broker AMP Futures and they have verified there are no open positions on the account. How do I remove this false open position from the platform? I have attached screenshots also for reference for another platform showing no open positions called CQG desktop, I have also submitted logs as well. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-08-13 01:29:55
