I do use the same symbol, getting it from NYMEX, using IB data. However when I compare the chart on Sierra charts and T&S charts, huge difference when display in 520 tick chart. So I called tech support of T&S platform and was told that the Data for NG symbol comes from CME. Then I tried to get in on Sierra, File >> Find Symbol >> Futures, but its not there. What do I do? thanks |
