As mentioned in post 63, I use w7, 64 bit--not XP. Thanks for your thoughts. Your study appears to have interesting possibilities. My current computer works great on w7, my next computer will have whatever MS OS has compatible with SC--finest platform available. Thanks for your study. Marty If the 1689 version worked, then I could of just updated everything to the current SC version and the problem would of been solved. But since the 1689 version did not work, something else is going on that is above my pay grade and SC will not give you support because it is a user study. There is an incompatibility somewhere.
