Yes, i have Chart >> Graphics Settings >> Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of These Settings is unchecked.

And yes, I've the Time ans Sales: Bid/Ask Highlight Color set to red and green respectively.

However, after a few days, both the colors would go back to navy blue (the default?).
